In this system, we have 4 age categories: 

• Pre Teen (age 10-12)
• Teen (age 13-18)
• Miss (age 19-30)
• Mrs (for married women) 

Contestant must must be a naturally born female.

For Teen and Miss divisions, Contestant must be single, never married, nor given birth to a child. She must be of good health and moral character.

For Mrs. division, contestant must be married a minimum of 6 months before the National and must be residing with spouse. She must be of good health and moral character. She must be married to a naturally born male.

Contestant must not have been convicted of a felony crime. 

Each delegate competes in

• • Interview, which is valued for 40% of her overall score. Interviews will be conducted between 5 judges and contestant. Each contestant will have 5 minutes with each judge. No political or religious questions allowed. Each contestant will need to have a platform for which she will speak on during her year, if she wins the title.
  • Evening Gown, valued for 20%. Each contestant will be judged on grace, poise and elegance in Evening Wear.
  • Fitness Wear for 20%. Each contestant will be judged on being physically fit, energetic, and healthy.
  • Fun Fashion for 20%. 

Contestant must be at least 13 years of age and no older than 18 years of age by July 1st of competition year.
