Miss Tourism Africa is a regional pageant to promote the African excellence founded in 2022.
The current Miss Tourism Africa is Sphilangomusa KHWEZI from South Africa, who was crowned on October 26, 2023 in Lagos, Nigeria.
HISTORY
Miss Tourism Africa is a worldwide search for special young women in today’s Afro communities around the globe with the beauty, grace, dynamic personalities and intelligence that set them apart from the rest, according the organization.
The mission of this pageant is to bring Africans together from around the world to celebrate the wonders of Africa.
PAGEANT
Miss Tourism Africa is a platform open to all Black young women from African communities around the world, including France, Spain, Japan, China, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, USA.
The organization works with directors in worldwide countries, who elects a delegate for this contest.
The criteria for applying are :
1. Must be female
2. Must be between 18 – 30 years
3. Must have passion for Eco-Tourism
4. Must be willing to travel across Africa to promote tourism
5. Must have valid traveling document [ passport or ID] of her country
