Miss Cabo Verde Internacional
Miss Cabo Verde Internacional is a national pageant in Cape Verde to select the representative for Miss International pageant.
The current Miss Cabo Verde Internacional is Stephany Amado, crowned at the largo Amilcar Cabral in Várzea, Praia, Cabo Verde, on September 3, 2022.
HISTORY
Miss Cape Verde Internacional is a leading platform for young Cape Verdeans.
The aim of this pageant is to inspire young Cape Verdeans to follow their dreams, to become aware of the challenges of society, and to promote cape verde’s culture and enriching heritage.
Through a process of pageantry, participants receive world-renowned training as well as advanced networking, business and life skills
PAGEANT
The pageant is open to woman 18 to 28 years old. The candidate must be a Cape Verdean citizen and have a valid Cape Verdean ID or passport.
To be eligible to compete internationally, the applicant must not have been married (civil or customary), nor have a marriage annulled. The delegate must be able to represent and ensure that she has never given birth or was the mother of a child and is not pregnant.
The applicant must not have a criminal record and must be honest about all matters relating to the preparation of the contest, the contest itself and the period after the contest.
The organization have no restrictions in terms of tattoos or piercings that the applicant may possess.
