Miss Mission International
Miss Mission International is a beauty pageant focus on the inclusivity, founded in 2021 by Yanery Rosario.
The inaugural edition of Miss Mission International pageant will take place on September 24, 2022 in Dominican Republic.
HISTORY
Miss Mission International created a system that doesn’t just focus on age, height, weight, culture and looks, but on inclusivity. The goal is to crowned the beauty queens who will become leaders for positive change. They will dedicate their year of service to their specific advocacy.
The organization will adapt its yearly mission to focus on the advocacy of the winner. According the organizers, « making us different than any other system that focuses on just one niche, one worldly issue. There are so many issues that need attention. We welcome the opportunity and challenges to make a difference one year at a time.«
PAGEANT
Miss Mission International is open in three categories:
– Teen (13-19).
– Miss (18-29). The candidates have never been married and never given birth.
– Elite (21-39). The candidates may be married or previously married.
All candidates must show strong morals in reputation, career, habits and history.
The areas of competition include:
– Instagram Challenge (5pts)
– Photogenic (5 pts)
– Advocacy Speech (10 pts)
– Interview (30 pts)
– National Costume (5pts)
– Swimsuit (20 pts)
– Evening Gown (20 pts)
– Behing the Scenes Scoring (5pts)
– On-Stage Question (5 pts)
All scores below will be tabulated and added together during preliminary competitions to determine semi-finalists. For the final, preliminary swim and evening gown scores will be eliminated and brand-new scores during the finale will be used to determine the winner.
